Products will be delivered to the customers’ home/ premises of the home. Home delivery will restricted only to ground floor.
If the product is required to carry to any floor other than ground floor, customer has to pay 50taka for each floor for each product.
Products will be delivered up to the place accessible to our delivery Car/ Truck.
Product delivery may deferred due to unavoidable circumstances with prior concern with the customers.
Please check glass during delivery time. After delivery, Glass is not changeable..
You are cordially requested to check and confirm any problem on the spot to our delivery man. Any claim after that will be invalid and shall not satisfy.

The product comes with a 12 months after-sales service warranty (parts and labor) against any manufacturing defects and any other issues with the materials that have been used.
The warranty does not cover damages due to usage of the product beyond its intended use and wear & tear in the natural course of product usage.
